Great! I use my Hypervolt Go as a massage therapist, this product is great for applying deeper pressure and accessing trigger points as needed by my Athlete clients!

Product is great, and the Support Team was just as good! Def recommend the Product & Brand. The price of a particular product, goes farther than the actual unit itself, and Hyperice proved that ten-fold, in my experience.

I bought my HyperIce and treat it with the upmost care. I stored it in it's case and when I brought it out, I noticed the the bottom of the unit detached. Not sure why, just resting in it's case. I decided to reach out to customer service & happy that I did! I was happy to hear that HyperIce will replace my battery pack. So glad that they stand behind their product!

Been having a problem with legs and back since traffic accident in 2010. Had 3rd back surgery and had to go to physical therapy. Surgeon had told me that the surgery would not take care of certain problems in legs and for me to see hip doctor again. After having shot in my pyraformis muscle, which helped lots, there were still lots of knots in back and leg muscles that hurt. The pt had a hypervolt and it was absolutely the best part of the therapy sessions to help my problems. I got the hypervolt go and do exercises also at home. It has been the best spent money for my problems that I’ve ever spent and I strongly recommend it. A message therapist simply cannot get to the inner muscles that I need help with, but hypervolt can.

The product itself is by far the best. It helps my muscle recovery insanely well, I’ve been using the hypervolt for about 2 years and I can’t remember what I did without it. In both my experiences with customer service they were quick, attentive and on point. It seems like they understand the usefulness of the product as much as the athletes who use it. Each time I’ve had a problem it was taken care of as soon as I sent out an email and the process was fluid and simple. Really seems like y’all care about the customers and can gladly stand behind the products you sell, because you believe in them and they work wonders. Great company (heard a snacks daily podcast of potentially going public and I would fully support it).

The product is powerful and effective.
The battery began to not charge, but the customer service is great and replaced the battery even though it was a bit past the warranty.
